Gerard is a classically trained chef, former culinary instructor and the owner of ChefBnBEats. Over seven years he has led private dinners and large scale events across Chicago, Las Vegas, San Diego and New Jersey, cooking for executives, professional sports organizations and families. His style pairs French technique with Nigerian and Southern American roots, defined by smoked flavors, rich sauces and a touch of heat.
